Palworld Kingpaca Boss Guide: I Got Slammed by a Fluffy Menace

Beat Palworld's Kingpaca boss with our 2026 guide: location, Level 23 Neutral moves, and Crossbow/Stun Baton tactics.

Let me set the scene: I’m minding my own business in Palworld, trying to build a base that doesn’t look like a toddler’s treehouse, when I hear about a big fluffy boss called Kingpaca. I think, “Easy money.” I was wrong. So wrong. This oversized cotton ball with a crown and an attitude problem proceeded to dunk on me like I owed it rent. But after a few respawns, some choice words, and a lot of running in circles, I figured out the dance. Here’s my 2026 take on the Kingpaca fight, because even after all the updates, this Pal still packs a punch. 🐑💥

Where To Find Kingpaca

You can find Kingpaca at the coordinates 50, -460. The easiest way to get there is from the Small Settlement teleport statue, which is a bit to the south. Once you roll up, you’ll see this boss strolling around like it owns the joint, flanked by two Melpacas. They’re basically its entourage, and they will absolutely jump you while Kingpaca charges up its big moves. No cap.

Kingpaca - Supreme Fluff Commander

Here’s the stat sheet, so you know what you’re walking into. Kingpaca is Level 23, Neutral type, and comes with the ability King Of Muscles. That means you can ride it, and while it’s in your team, it helps carry supplies, increasing your max carry capacity. So yes, it’s a boss AND a pack mule. Respect.

Name Level Type Ability Moves
Kingpaca Lv.23 Neutral King Of Muscles: Can be ridden. While in team, Kingpaca helps carry supplies, increasing the player's max carry capacity. Kingly Slam - Neutral-type Attack, 100 Power. Power Bomb - Neutral-type Attack, 70 Power. Power Shot - Neutral-type Attack, 35 Power.

How To Beat Kingpaca

Kingpaca has three distinct Neutral-type moves, and it loves to use them while the two Melpacas run interference. The first two are manageable: Power Shot is a focused blast that does minor damage, and Power Bomb is a charged ball that acts like a missile. Dodge those, and you’re fine. The real problem is Kingly Slam, Kingpaca’s signature move. It leaps into the air and dives at you for massive damage. If you’re standing still, you’re toast. Mobility is the name of the game, y’all. Keep your eyes on Kingpaca, strafe like your life depends on it, and don’t let the Melpacas chip away your HP.

On the weapon side, I recommend a palworld-kingpaca-boss-guide-i-got-slammed-by-a-fluffy-menace-image-3 Crossbow and a palworld-kingpaca-boss-guide-i-got-slammed-by-a-fluffy-menace-image-4 Stun Baton. The crossbow lets you poke from range, and the stun baton lets you get close, inflict damage, and stun the boss while your Pal goes wild. For your team, bring Dark-type Pals like Katress or Felbat. They deal extra damage and make the fight way less of a slog. If you bring a bunch of Neutral-type Pals, you’re basically bringing a butter knife to a sword fight.

Defeating Kingpaca rewards you with:

  • Ancient Civilization Parts

  • Wool

  • Precious Pelt

Final Thoughts From A Flattened Adventurer

Look, Kingpaca is not the hardest boss in Palworld, but it’s a solid skill check. It teaches you to move, manage adds, and use type advantages. I got clapped the first time because I tried to tank everything like a hero. The second time, I brought a crossbow, a stun baton, and a Felbat, and suddenly the big fluff was the one taking a dirt nap. So gear up, keep moving, and don’t get greedy. And if you do get slammed into next week, just respawn, laugh it off, and say “GG, fluffball.” You’ll get it.

Now go out there and catch that walking pillow. Just don’t expect it to be a pushover. It’s got hands. Well, hooves. Whatever. You know what I mean.
